Visited on a weekday afternoon so it was completely empty. Staff was helful and the service was fast. Did not like the coffee that much though and was served overly hot, had to carry it around to wait for it to cool down before I drink it. We have so many nice cafes and bakeries in London that this one I found just average but I know my friends rave about their hot chocolate so do try that! :-)
