GoogleStopped by 李老三 in Arcadia for some authentic Xi’an snacks — and it did not disappoint! The liangpi was chewy and flavorful, with just the right balance of spice and vinegar. The mutton soup was hearty and comforting, especially with the bread soaking up all that rich broth. Tomato & egg noodles tasted super homey, while the tripe was tender with a nice kick. Soy milk rounded it all out and kept things refreshing. Definitely my go-to when craving Northwest Chinese comfort food！
