Amazing customer service I like the sharing platters because of nice and tasty with lovely mango habanero sauce. The place is clean and I love that they have different variations of drinks. Try the blue razz fizzy it’s really nice and the Mac cheese is so crispy and creamy.

I’d been meaning to try this place for a while, and it completely surpassed my expectations. I went for the meal deal (around £14) and it was absolutely worth it. The mac and cheese bites were unreal, the fries chicken burger was genuinely delicious (and that’s saying something, as I’m not usually a fan of fried food), and the mango drink paired perfectly with the tater tots. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A few areas for improvement, though. The self-service kiosk feels like a wrestling match as the laggy interface really took away from the ordering experience. Not all meal options are visible in one place (8.99 meal deal was missing), so the navigation could definitely be smoother. I also ordered dine-in but was initially given takeaway. While I understand mistakes happen, whether ordering via kiosk or in person, the dine-in/takeaway choice should be clearly tagged and visible to staff. Lastly, while the main space was clean, a bit more attention is needed in the restroom and hand-washing areas. Cleanliness there is crucial, as it directly affects perceptions of overall hygiene standards. I shared most of the feedback with the staff as well so hopefully a 5 star experience for everyone coming after me.. That said, this was still an amazing paisa vasool (money well spent) experience. Kudos to the PB team for curating something genuinely enjoyable.

This is my second time coming. The owner is very kind and ensured that we were happy. Very friendly staff and quick service. The Hot Cheeto burger was amazing alongside the Spicy Buffalo chicken wings. An amazing atmosphere to eat out with family. Definitely recommend!! Everything was freshly made and of high quality. Also had the cookie dough which is genuinely the best I have had in a longg while and it was good value for money!!

Brisket burger was very delicious.This is the second time I have come here and the service was very good. I would definitely recommend coming here again.

The place is very well kept, clean and sanitary. The tables had no mess or food on them which i often find in other fat food places, it was very quiet and moder. The staff here is super friendly and always places the customer first as their priority, which i find extremely helpful. Its not too noisy so i can easily hear myself think and talk to others without needing to shout. The food was very delicious annd of high quality. My experience here was overally extremely good, would definitely come here again.
