Time says 10.00 but the store opens at 10.30 which is very misleading and needs to be resolved . Very annoyed

By far the worst subway i have seen. Very bad staff manners, very careless preparation of preparing food. Looks like they are being into forced labour. By far the worst subway i ever had. Avoid at all cost unless you are dying!

Daily user of subway good service overall but few staff is very rude not all. Lorraine is very unprofessional, rude, and non cooperative. Asking to pay extra for salad box per salad item? Doesn’t understand the customisation facility of subway ruining the image of subway.

Really bad experience. Store franchise needs to visit the shop in the evening to see the area of opportunity for better service. No bread option accept one. Everyone waiting to be served as you can see on the picture. Why advertise shop open till 2am, staff start closing 4 hours before closing time. Dining area chairs are up to discourage customers not to sit to eat. To know public service people are working in this building, this is the service they receive.

Happy to see subway at the hospital. Very good service and friendly staff. Its located inside the main entrance after WH Smith. PS: The potato crispers is more like boiled potato and not sure why subway named it crisper though🤔
