We hand-cut tenderloins fresh daily, hand-battered them after we receive orders (nothing is pre-cooked), and cook them in 100% refined peanut oil. Don't forget to try our Mike's Buffalo sauce.
The owners are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status. Only the bone in chicken is halal and the tenders are halal at only the Forest Lane location. Also the baked beans are not halal as it contains pork. All other sides are vegetarian friendly.

This place has some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. My friends took me here after picking me up from Dallas Love-Field for lunch and it was a great way to kick off a weekend in Dallas. The chicken was so crunchy but not greasy, and the sides of the mashed potatoes and creamed corn were delicious. The biscuit was buttery and warm, and my boyfriend also really enjoyed his chicken tenders. Everything was made fresh to order and a lot of locals were here. There’s easy free parking and credit cards are accepted.
