I had been a fan of Kurumilagu Restaurant since last year and had visited many times because I really liked their food. However, my experience today was very disappointing. I ordered only three items: Chole Bhature, Idli Vada, and a lassi. Normally, the waiting time is around 15–20 minutes, but today we had to wait more than 30 minutes before our food was served. The biggest disappointment was the food quality. The taste was completely different from what I had experienced before. The bhature with the Chole Bhature was extremely oily — oil was literally dripping from it. It was also overly crispy and completely tasteless. Then we tried the Idli Vada platter, and that was even worse. The idli had a strange smell, almost like it had gone bad, and it was very soft in an unpleasant way, as if it had not been cooked properly. Also they served rotten cucumbers,,,, Overall, I’m very disappointed with today’s experience. As someone who used to enjoy coming here regularly, this was upsetting. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be visiting again. Very bad experience today.
