I order pizza from this place from time to time, and it’s usually quite tasty. Unfortunately, this time the pizza was disappointing. Some parts of the crust were burnt and puffed up, which gave it a bitter taste and made the edges too hard. As you can see in the photos, the crust in a few spots is overcooked, with one area even charred. It looks like the pizza was either left in the oven too long or the toppings weren’t evenly distributed, causing the dough to bubble and burn. It’s a shame, because my previous orders have always been great. Hopefully this was just a one-time issue. Update: After receiving the response, I called the company to discuss the issue. Unfortunately, the conversation felt rather cold and unwelcoming. The only solution offered was a 15% discount on a future order, which comes to about $2–3 on an average $15–20 order. After an already disappointing experience and a ruined dinner, this feels inadequate. It also raises questions about how the business values its reputation and loyal customers.
