Islamic Center of Kane County

The ICKC is intended to build and mobilize the communities residing in the Fox Valley area. Specifically we will focus on promoting a better understanding of Islam in local communities, partnering with local communities and charity organizations to volunteer or provide material/financial support to worthy causes, building an inclusive community focused on doing common good that betters the society, daily and weekly support activities and Islamic education for children, young adults and new Muslims, youth activities (sports outings, community engagement, volunteer support), helping the community by offering all kinds of assistance & services in professional and career counseling, coordinated efforts with local Masajids and other Islamic community centers, and of course this place will provide a much needed space for congregation prayers including Jumah and Taraweeh in Ramadan. Lastly, while we will be starting small, we have a broad vision and hope to achieve a lot Insha'Allah.
