ICOC is governed by a 7 member board of trustees in accordance with the ICOC constitution. The Board has a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer. Different committees are formed for proper functioning of the organization. There is board of overseers consisting of 3 religious scholars called the Shoora.

A pretty well organized Islamic Center. Qutba for Friday prayer was informative and good. The Imam is a good communicator. Next time I'm in the area, I will return here.

Juma qutba is in English by a professional, regular Imam. Women's prayer area is on the top level balcony. Good bathrooms and wudu area. Parking is good. Juma starts at 1:35 year round.
