Founded in 2006, MECCA is one of the first organizations committed to educating and supporting new converts to Islam, while building bridges between Muslims and non-Muslims in American society. We are working for the many people coming to Islam who otherwise would have no one to turn to for sound knowledge and much needed support during undoubtedly difficult times.

Came for Jumu\'ah. The capacity is more than masjids I\'ve seen in the immediate vicinity but a lot of people attended and it became quite full.
Ma shÄ Allah Nice place to come and pray.
prayed Jumma there and listened to a very good khutbah. Not easy to spot as there are no signs. So look out for a pair of double doors with "4W43" written above.
Just an amazing location. Actually this masjid is on 43rd between 5th and 6th. Closer to 5th. A previous user I guess made a typo on the location. If you google the address you'll be fine.
Just prayed behind an Imam who was preaching Ahmadi beliefs. After the prayer I asked the Imam - are you an Ahmadi and he confirmed it. If you dont know who Ahmadis are: They are the followers of Ahmadiyya movement founded in British ruled India near the end of 19th century. Their founder Mirza Ghulam Ahmad called himself a prophet. Since he came after Prophet Mohammad (SAW), Muslims consider this group very controversial. So if you are not Ahmadi then STAY AWAY from this place. May Allah give Hidayyah to all of us.
Mostly a space for classes. Prayer area is small, but if you're in the area, it's a good location to pray in.
Center still open. Hours are 1 - 6:30 pm. Third floor of the building. But the zabihah app map gets it dead wrong so don't trust that location. It is on 43rd st between 6th and 7th (closer to 6th ave).
The most convenient Islamic center in the Times Square area. Very Clean, organized & Well Kept. Open from 1pm - 6:30pm (Mon - Fri). Members are very devoted and committed. Operates an Orphanage is Bangladesh, A Clinic is Senegal & Islamic School in Gambia... As well as projects in other African countries.
Only open 1-6 Monday-Friday.
Google Maps marks this masjid smack in the heart of Times Square, but this is incorrect. The masjid is actually located on 43rd btwn 5th & 6th. When you enter the building take the spiral stairs on the LEFT to the the 3rd floor. You can also take the elevator to the right, but the steps will bring you directly to the masjid.
Right across from the Princeton Club the mosque is on the 3rd floor and provides accomidations for those working in manhattan.
The MECCA center is mostly office space and classrooms at this location, although the prayer space is one floor down. The center seems to be mostly women when I went in the afternoon, but they offer soany programs.
The center is still open. It is on the 3rd floor of the given address. They are very clean and organized.
This mosque appears to be closed; there's a vacant lot in it's place
