This masjid is quite pretty on the outside and inside. The building was once a church that was converted into a mosque, and the community is mostly Pashto-speaking, with the Khutbah in Pashto, Arabic and English. For non-Jummah prayers, the downstairs may be open only. The building may be locked between prayer times.

MA, a nice masjid, close to the highway. The masjid is clean, roomy and bright. We went for Zuhr, there were few people. They were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to find.

Alhamdulilah this masjid has come a long in the last 10 years I have gone there. The women's section is now much bigger and they have very good quality speakers for both men and women's section and Masha'allah they have one of the most beautiful reciters during taraweh, almost makes you feel as if your in Hajj, subhanallah. He is there every year during ramadan along with other Hafiz's that come from one the most renowned madrassa's here in upstate new york. May Allah (swt) bless them all. The people are all nice and there is a good mix now of different cultures and there is no longer a heat or cold issue at the masjid alhamdulilah.

This masjid is rather small, but very friendly and has a really good community of families and individuals who help one another. The building is showing its age; it gets quite cold in the winter, somuch so that you need a jacket during the tarawih. However, it has a large crowd for Jummah (khutbas in Pashtu and English), iftars every night in Ramadan, and a hafiz annually for the tarawih prayers. Stop by sometime after maghrib or Isha and the men will offer you tea. The downside is that the women's area is fairly small, and I've been told offers poor sound and heating.
