The masjid on 17th ave and Felt Street (across the street from Shoreline Middle School is open). I was there for Jumaa on the 20th of June 2014. The men's woodou is done.

mashaAllah, a great community. They've purchased a masjid but its not complete yet. Jumu'ah salah was at 1:30 at 1818 Felt St, Santa Cruz. Most likely you'll come down 17th and see the masjid on your left. You'll make a left on Felt and 100 feet up there's a dirt lot to your right. Park there. Go to the right of the red double doors up the wheelchair ramp and that's where they have salah.

I use to go to this masjid during my 4 years of undergrad. at UCSC. It is a very small masjid (as it was converted from some office space into a masjid), yet it totally serves its purpose. The community is small yet active. They always have Jummah. I would check the website to see if they have 5 daily prayers, as have they do not have a full time Imam.
