Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. Osmow's states that their meats are sourced from central halal-certified suppliers and that all of its meat is hand-slaughtered.
The staff needs training. Out of my 8 - 10 visits at this store they never smile and always talk rudely. They don't understand instructions nor they accept there mistakes. The only reason we come here is because it's halal and my son loves Putine. The owner should visit other similar halal restaurants like Jerusalem or Tahini to check there service level. Probably we all need to switch now.
