As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. Osmow's states that their meats are sourced from central halal-certified suppliers and that all of its meat is hand-slaughtered.

i ordered tbe fattoush salad with falafel… it was very disappointing. small container for nearly $17. i dont even really mind the portion size but i couldnt believe it when they pulled a premade salade out of the fridge there and added hot falafels on top. i have no idea how long that salad was made for before serving to me… i will say a couple days since the lettice was wilting and had some brown spots. the dressing was hard to eat because the falafels were on top with their own sauce and under was the salad with minimal dressing that resembled a garden salad with italian dressing. if youve ever had fattoush salad you would know what i mean. the one thing i will say was the falafel was warm and okay tasting. overall very disappointed with this. cant even believe they are charging nearly $17 for this. edited to add that although i was sent a link by the restaurant for them to contact me about my food…. no one ever contacted me. maybe something to keep in mind if you feel like eating at this place.
