Fantastic chicken wrap, super soft meat, crispy bread, exactly how I like it. Meat could have been more fat so flavours are deeper but it's the best wrap I've had in recent times, and since I move to the area I managed to check few places. Also my suggestion would be to add a little more salads, fermented is all good but I'd love some onions with sumac. I don't know know what they use for sauce, but it was so yummy, all that saltiness and breaking meat flavour. What would make it even more better is a little of garlic paste on the top.
