As every time something new opens in our neighborhood, we always love to try it and today was perfect on small business Saturday. That is pretty much all I had to say “nice” about today’s experience. The person at the counter asked for our order (you can see our receipt for the details) and took it verbally. Then kept repeating it, missing some items or telling us about items we didn’t ask as if we was trying to learn it by heart. I repeated it 3 times and thought I was done…..until the 4th time when he finally put it in the computer. We paid, waited, got our food and left. As we had not been asked for the sauce (white, green or red) on our giros (but I kept hearing on people being asked while getting their food), I assumed they would put some in the bag. Well, they didn’t, nor did they either put the fries we ordered and paid for. Sadly, we were not either able to comfort ourselves with the food we got as it was literally horrible, none of us managed to even eat half of our dishes, even my 14 years old son always starving and living on wings gave up. We paid the price for trying, hoping this review will save you from what we experienced. You were warned.
