Had a wonderful breakfast at Hatch 44 in Metuchen! The Cauli Tempura was absolutely outstanding—perfectly crispy and coated in a delicious sweet and spicy pineapple chili glaze. It was easily the highlight of our meal. The Simply Mini Pancakes were fluffy, light, and perfect for sharing. We also loved the Farmer’s Vegan Bowl, which was fresh, hearty, and packed with flavor. The Veggie Omelette was another winner—well-seasoned, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s great to see a brunch spot with so many delicious vegetarian and vegan-friendly options without compromising on taste. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and excellent food. We’ll definitely be back!
