2/5 Stars Unfortunately, my experience at Mary Brown's Highpoint was disappointing. There was an 11-minute wait for my order, and while waiting I witnessed a customer dispute over what appeared to be raw chicken. Staff maintained that it wasn't raw, but it certainly didn't inspire confidence. The food itself was underwhelming: - Chips were only lukewarm. - My soft drink was filled around 2 cm below the top. - The chicken tasted heavily processed rather than fresh. - The cheese had a plastic-like texture and very little flavour. - No straw was provided. - The burger was presented very sloppily. The restaurant itself was clean, which was a positive, but there was nowhere to sit and eat. The store also appeared understaffed, and the team lacked energy and enthusiasm, making the overall experience feel unwelcoming. Until the store and customer experience better reflect the Mary Brown's brand, I'd recommend giving this location a miss.
