We called to place an order and were told it would take 5-7 minutes. When we arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it, and they told us another 5-10 minutes. After that time, they still hadn't begun. The sauces were spilled all over the drinks bag, and the kebab was completely burnt. I won't be going back. Terrible service and burnt food.
