The menus clearly state that halal food is served. From the management: 'BurgerFuel has ensured that high-quality meat products are strictly Halal certified. This includes our beef patties and grilled free-range chicken. Please note that while the chicken in our fried chicken products (specifically Modifried Thunderbird and Choppers) are Halal, they are crumbed at a premises that is not Halal certified. If you are Halal we’re happy to cook your favourite burger on a separate grill, using clean utensils. Our stores are not Halal in the strictest sense, some products on our menu are not halal certified.'
After Auckland, I have recently started to go to Burger Fuel in Upper Hutt Central. The service staff is really nice and they treat you really kindly. The taste of burgers is really great and I order normally the CNCHEESE burger. The only thing I would request is that if you guys could come up with a meal option that could include fries and drink included that can help customers save some money. The drink makes the burger a bit expensive for me. Overall a good experience.
