I visited D Spot yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment we ordered, the server repeatedly asked, “Are you sure?” in a way that made us feel unwelcome and judged for placing our order. She brought the wrong item, and when we politely pointed it out, she questioned us again instead of correcting it calmly. When the dish was finally replaced, it was missing ingredients listed both on the menu and in the picture—marshmallows. When we asked about it, she insisted “it’s just the picture” and refused to fix it. It wasn’t about the missing marshmallows—it was about how we were treated. The service felt rude, dismissive, and far from what good customer service should be. It left us feeling uncomfortable in front of our group, which is not what you expect when dining out. I hope management addresses this, because I would love to return, but not when this server is working.
