Nice place to have a quick bite. The new Hunan Chilli-Pidan Burger is awesome! Tasty! Something new and interesting. For the golden floss chicken, it's really just a mehhh~ overpowered by the mayonnaise already. Sorry ~~ Okie lah, overall spent a 11 bucks for the meal. Burger, chicken and soda. Still alright. Anyway, tried the mala chicken burger before, taste good and pocket friendly thou. If you ain't into new menus or seasonal menus, perhaps trying their perm item, mala burger is a good choice!

Ok burger, taste ok, portion pretty small. The one with the fried chicken patty was a let down for me. Too little meat and too much batter, very thick, like 30% meat and the rest are batter and sauce. 5.5~6/10

I visited this place a few times during Jul to Aug 2025. I tried the mala burger and the mala ice cream. I would say they were acquired taste and wouldn't be acceptable for everyone. Especially the mala ice cream which was very weird for me. The staff looked very foreign like Myanmar or Vietnam. But the key person seemed to be a mainland Chinese lady. Expect Chinese style service of very impersonal approach. The support staff generally were expressionless and might even ignored you. Once 23 Aug 25 night, I noted my lemon coke has no lemon taste and I did a check and believed that there was no lemon given. I told a support staff lady but she ignored me. I spoke to the Chinese lady and she said each customer would only be given one slice of lemon. I went back to check thoroughly and went to her again and said there was no lemon. She asked support staff if lemon was added but I think no one replied her. I stood there waiting for a few mins before the Chinese lady came to give me a very thin slice of lemon. That night 23 Aug at 933 pm, a staff has started to sweep the floor as shown in my photo. I felt this was quite unhygienic to the dining customers. On another visit 29 Jul 915 pm a male staff was standing in full view of me and wiping his bare foot with tissue papers as shown in my photo. Later he went back into the kitchen to continue to prepare food for other customers. I told myself I was fortunate that my food was already prepared. My friend told me they frequently got the orders wrong. My friend said she wasn't given her fries once in a take away order. In another time , she said was given mala burger instead of the crab sauce burger. Once a PRC customer came back with a dispute about an order that had taken place. I believed certain items were not given to her. The Chinese cashier told her Mei Shi Mei Shi, meaning no problem. The PRC customer said what no problem! Cashier managed to give her refund. And PRC customer was controlling very hard not to erupt. I saw this unfolding in front of me as I was dining there. Overall I don't think I would return as the taste didn't suit me. 2025

My first time trying this fast food chain and it did not disappoint. Shoutout to the chinese chef working on 9th October as he helped us cut out burger! Great service. We tried the wagyu burger - it pleased our tastebuds with the tenderness and smokiness of the patty, topped with moderately spicey wasabi mayo. The bun was pleasantly chewy, reminded me of taiwan style burgers. Introducing a western idea by placing onion rings inside was quite commendable. Would 10/10 come again. Affordable.

We tried the Mala Chicken Burger and the mala sauce packed a nice kick, leaving that signature tingly spiciness. The chicken portion was generous. However, we had an issue when trying to pay using a CapitaLand voucher. We asked a staff member an Indian lady about it, and she advised us to order through the QR code on the table and use CapitaStars which unfortunately doesn’t work. It would have been more helpful if she had directed us to someone who knew the correct payment process instead of giving inaccurate info. Minus star due to this issue.
