This place has been on my bookmarks ever since they were serving chicken rice, and now that they specialize in Khao Soi, I finally stopped by. Absolutely worth it! The space is small, intimate, and fills up quickly during peak hours, so plan accordingly. They offer amazing Khao Soi options like wagyu, seared duck, goat, braised beef, oxtail, and lamb leg. We ordered the wagyu and seared duck, and both were outstanding. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced by the pickled mustard greens and a squeeze of lime. The crispy wonton on top added a great crunch. Overall, a fantastic spot for Khao Soi lovers! can’t wait to come back and try the other proteins! The owner also manages another restaurant nearby, Secret Congee in the Ballard area. Highly recommend checking that place too!
