About Clucker's Wood Oven

From the start our chickens are raised without the use of antibiotics and fed a 100% vegetable-based diet free from animal by products. To ensure maximum freshness our chickens are then air-chilled and delivered directly to our stores. We partner with real farmers that raise some amazing animals. Our free range chickens are only sourced from local farms by farmers that take the time to really care about the chickens they raise. To add a seasoned char and flavour, our chicken is cooked in an 800 degree wood burning oven. This high heat caramelization renders it tender and juicy, food that is rich and full of flavour.
