About Memo Shish Kebab
Memo Shish Kebab is a family owned, casual dining Turkish & Mediterranean restaurant. We are known for our Chicken & Lamb Kebabs, Gyros, Adana and a wide selection of mezze including Hummus and Babaghanoush. The Memo quality is rooted in the authenticity of our food ingredients, species and herbs. We still source our spices from our hometown in Urfa, Turkey. All of the meat products are marinated for 24 hours, and we never freeze any of our ingredients or the Halal meat we use. We cook everything to order. We opened our first small Turkish eatery in 2000 in Brooklyn, that grew quickly to become a full on restaurant, and we opened our Chelsea location in 2018 that is just one block away from the historical Flatiron building.
