Dolan's Uyghur Cuisine

I\'ve been here twice in the last week, and it\'s great. There are a handful of dishes offering their handpulled noodles, and they\'re all excellent. The noodles are great, the lamb kabobs are great, the diversity of options is great. This is the third Uyghur restaurant I\'ve tried, but the first that I\'ve really enjoyed. If you haven\'t tried Uyghur food, I think this is really worth checking out. Also, 5/5 on the ambience and decor. The decorations here are really are impressive.
