Like no other, we use only USDA Choice Angus Beef, hormone free chicken, North Atlantic wild caught haddock, Gulf coast wild caught shrimp, and Stanislaus tomatoes for our salsa, unheard of in this industry. Our goal here at Orale is serving the best possible dishes without sacrificing the quality of the ingredients, with no apologies.
