GoogleHad high expectations because 4.7 review, but the food was subpar. Got the mean grille platter - the chicken was rubbery and tasteless, unimpressive lamb, beef tenderloin and sausage it was $49! Also got a wrap, pita was dry. We did like the fried cheese sticks... But not enough to come back for anything. Service was good (counter ordering)

GoogleGreat, fresh Mediterranean food. Friendly, helpful service. Not noisy, so it is easy to talk with companions.

GoogleMy favorite place to get a healthy and satisfying meal in Houston, and the owner is so kind and hard working. I recommend Mean Grille to all my friends and people coming to visit Houston. The best spot for dinner before a movie. This place needs more hype and customers, it's incredible!!

GoogleThe food here is healthy and absolutely delicious!!! We ordered the hummus, governors plate, a salad, dessert sampler and white wine. Everything was perfect and three of us shared all of it. The sauces and meats with the governors plate provided good variety and the veggies were nicely grilled. We will definitely be back!

GoogleThe service here is great and the aesthetic is pretty. The food is a little underwhelming. My guests and I heard a microwave twice while waiting for our meals. I could definitely be wrong about the microwave but my chicken was very dry. We came to the conclusion that certain items are meal prepped and reheated to order. No idea if that is the case but my chicken and naan fits that assumption.
