Staffs were not very friendly and often had a cold attitude. The overall customer service experience felt a bit uncomfortable at times. However, the chicken is made fresh and comes out very crispy. It tastes better than many other similar locations I have tried. Despite the service, the food quality is a strong point. The biscuits are soft, fluffy, and really tasty. They go very well with the fried chicken meals. Food preparation seems consistent and fresh each time. The place can improve a lot in customer service. Overall, the food makes it worth a visit despite the staff experience.
