With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw - they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Authentic American fried chicken joint with multiple levels of spicy Been there multiple times Pros: affordable, YUMMY, friendly staff. Southern style (honey, pickles with fried chicken) Cons: tricky parking (Lakewood); there's 2-3 street parking or meter parking in the back, menu is not the most diverse (basically chicken as prices or sandwiches) with a couple of sides
