Service needs significant improvement and this restaurant lacks finesse. Food: lacks variety and aside from halwa puri, and the live omelets station there is nothing special or unique about this brunch experience from a food perspective. I expected more from a 5 star hotel restaurant. Service: Staff is inefficient and aloof. At a 5 star hotel restaurant the expectation is that staff would be quick on their feet but that's not the case here. We had to grab their attention to bring us coffee. When we moved tables the new table didn't have cutlery so we asked for it but then he forgot napkins, and when I asked for napkins: he brought us tissues lol! Atmosphere: quite nice and perhaps the only positive highlight of the experience as it overlooks a beautiful green garden. But our table was wobbly 🙄 The management of this place perhaps should be fired so they can bring someone in who has real hospitality experience - else this restaurant will further fall apart.

Wonderful ambiance and great service, but if we talk about the food items incl Continental and Pakistani, majority of them were bland and with no aroma.
