When I showed my coupon on Yelp, the employee said that I couldn\\\'t use it because it was for online orders only. That did not make sense since the coupon required a check-in. The french fries were undercooked. There were only a few drops of hand sanitizer left.

GoogleGreat, fresh, flavorful food! The chicken shawarma is seriously tasty and I dream of the cauliflower. The dining area is spacious and airy, a real treat for a fast casual restaurant.

YelpThe place is bright and looks pretty clean. They had nice green seats and pretty standard square tables including one for those who operate a wheelchair. Everything appeared fresh and was seasoned perfectly. The portion sizes were generous as well. Would definitely eat there again when coming downtown.

YelpZ Falafel is a very delicious fast food type of joint. The falafels are very delicious. I preferred these to many other joints that offer the same food. The fries were ok. The chicken kebab was very good. The meat was not too dry. It had a great grilled flavor. The hummus and rice were amazing. Probably the best I have had. The chicken schwarma also was amazing. There isn’t a lot of space to enjoy your food at the establishment so you may want to order as take out. The location isn’t the best and parking could be of issue. The staff was very friendly and so a very good job getting the food out. I would definitely recommend Z falafel! Oh and the price is great! You’ll get more food for the price here than most places!

YelpFirst time: The food is flavorful. Service is ok. I think they were short staffed, then the order was taken some additional time. Not for big appetites or big eaters as I am, but it the size of the plate was fair. 2 time: Prices are higher that the last time I came, and amount is less. But, listen, food is very expensive everywhere, markets and restaurants. Then I’ll continue supporting them. A plate is $23 and flavor is good, but not for big appetites.

YelpFinally another spot with their own style of “garlic butter” that’s just as good as Zankou’s. I ordered their mixed grill plate with a side of beef kabob a la cart, no rice, extra salad. The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. The beef kabob was also very tender and was seasoned perfectly. The ground beef skewer was also delicious. Overall it was an awesome dinner. I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items. Parking limited to garage/structure near by or very limited street parking.

YelpGreat quality and very friendly crew! I ordered chicken kabob and it came as juicy as I wanted. The rice pudding is also delicious and must to order :)

YelpThis restaurant is just amazing. The food and the service is top notch! I'm still craving the food and I can't wait to go back and support this middle eastern establishment! This will officially be my go to restaurant in DTLA.

YelpThe food was really spicy for me so I didn’t get chance to enjoy the real flavor of the dish. got the chicken shawarma bowl ( but found some lamb flavor ) which is basically lots of lettuce and beans with a bit of rice and chicken.nothing tastes like Mediterranean food but Mexican. the bothering part is that the cashier served us our food with no tray or plate, I literally had to put my bread on the table which is gross and also I asked for a cup for my soda which they didn’t have any!! Since the price is reasonable if they upgraded the service a bit it could be a nice place to eat and hangout.

YelpOrdered a gyro wrap with a side salad and they gave me this… I’m assuming I’m supposed to make the gyro myself but this isn’t even the right bread? I’m annoyed because I was curious to try a new gyro spot out and I was extremely disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
