Craft by Smoke & Fire

Craft by Smoke and Fire is located in downtown Anaheim and is brought to you by the same folks that have restaurants in the Los Angeles area called Smoke and Fire: Social Eatery . All the food served here is HALAL and you will find the same items here as you would at their other restaurants, plus they carry steaks here! This is a sit down restaurant with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, though I would recommend making reservations if you have a large group as it does get packed. New York Steak ($35 - 16 oz) - This was the best thing I ate here! I asked for it medium rare and it was prepared perfectly. It was so juicy and flavorful and adding some chimchurri sauce that the house provided took it to another level. It\'s perfect for sharing as the kitchen slices it up for you before bringing it out. Loaded Mac and Cheese - $5 - This was one of the better tasting mac and cheeses that I tried and was creamy Nashville Hot Chicken Tacos - $13 - This dish comes with 3 tacos, and each taco has a massive tender in it, seasoned with Nashville hot spices. Some slaw and comeback sauce are served on top of the taco. I was at first hesitant getting this, but all the tacos here have so much meat in them that it\'s worth it! Brisket Tacos - $13 - The brisket they use here has great flavor though it\'s a little dry, but when you get it in the tacos it\'s perfect! Each taco is packed with so much brisket meat and comes with cheese, curtido slaw, comeback sauce & cilantro Short Rib Birria Quesadilla - $12 - This consisted of a flour tortilla, Oaxacan cheese, short rib, comeback sauce, cilantro, and onions. The kitchen slices up the quesadilla so you can share it with your dining companions. The quesadilla was packed with so much tender meat, it was another must try dish here. Brisket & Short Rib Chili - $7 - This is one of my favorite sides here, I really enjoyed the smoky flavor of this chili. Brisket and Grits - $7 - I\'ve never had grits before so for me this was something new. The brisket and grits really complemented each other, making this one of my favorite sides. Corn ($5) - This wasn\'t bad, it was a little basic as compared to some of the other sides. Sausage ($6) - Our server informed our group that this brisket and short rib sausage is made in house. It had so much garlic flavor on the inside with a crispy exterior. Bread Pudding ($9) - This is perfect for sharing with 2 or 3 people and is such a great tasting dessert and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall the food here is great tasting and reasonably priced! I was really impressed with the New York steak and brisket tacos. They also have a $125 tomahawk steak, smoked turkey, pastrami (just ok taste wise), garlic bread (great), and some sandwiches. Service is awesome here and the atmosphere is fun, especially when you come with a large group and are sharing food. I definitely look forward to frequenting this place. They are open late and have street parking as well as a nearby parking structure.

Wow! Delicious brisket, burgers and sides. Fast, friendly service. The host and the servers were all very out front and proud about the fact that they have all halal meats and they serve no pork(so no chance of cross contamination). Halal certification is visible and available for review. The beef is certified by Greater Omaha, the lamb is Spring Lamb New Zealand lamb, and the chicken is hand slaughtered from Tahir.(All meats supplied by Halal Meats Distribution, inc.) we were in Anaheim to visit Disneyland, if you are staying nearby it's an 8-10 minute drive.

This place blew my mind. I tried just about everything, and by far my favorite thing here was the smash burger, which was absolutely next level. It\\\'s a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful little area, with food worth the drive. It\\\'s a bummer that this place serves alcohol, but besides that, this is basically a perfect place to gather round with friends.

Amazing BBQ. Full halal menu. Chef Demetrius showed certified. Brisket on point. You can\\\'t go wrong here. Enjoy!

Very friendly service. Amazing quality, best halal BBQ I've found. Resonable price for fairly large servings. Already been here many times and will be back!
