About Dar Moha

Dar Moha was the former home of De Haj Idder, secretary of Pasha Glaoui; Lord of the Atlas. This residence adjoining the Palais du Pasha will be taken over by the famous stylist and couturier Pierre Balmain, who will stay there very frequently. Today this Riad taken over by Chef Moha surpasses himself as an artist to remain faithful to the vocation he has given himself: To discover an inventive cuisine where the flavors of other cuisines of the world are spread in extremely rare correspondences.
