He believes every customer is entitled to courteous and prompt service along with delicious food. Siraj was also the founder of the first halal Italian restaurant in New York City, the Olive Tree. After the success of this restaurant, Siraj decided to provide Italian options in a fast food environment to keep pace with the world we live in today.
