We make every effort to keep it separate from any non-halal food items to prevent cross-contamination such as using seperate fryers. If you do decide to dine with us please feel free let our staff know of your dietary restrictions when ordering so they can do everything possible to ensure you are safe when dining with us.'

I messaged the main Ekiben email. They got back the me the next day. This is their response: “ Thank you for reaching out regarding our menu. This place cooks their chicken in the same equipment as pork. They were not able to separate it and said the chicken will definitely be mixed with pork.

What is wrong with Zabihah.com? This place has pork on the menu! Please be cautious with your selection. There are more and more Muslims going to Zabihah website to look for Muslim food. Please.
It takes a lot for me to try a new place that I know nothing about and this place my husband found while we drove North on 95 from DC really proves him right. Do not hesitate to make the stop. Fried Chicken Bao Bun, Ramen Broccoli, Crispy Shrimp Bowl and a Crab Ragoon Eggroll. I would 100% go back and eat the same exact thing. The cherry on top is the great service by everyone. Like, really great. Will be back.

Why is this Ekiben and its all locations marked as Baltimore’s iconic food! Can’t get enough of it. THE BEST FOOD IN THE CITY, nothing can beat this, especially for vegetarians/vegan!!!!! Chef’s kiss
