Our journey began when we first opened Istanbul Grill in Jacksonville, Florida. Serpil and Murat Ergisi knew that it is their passion to provide homemade and authentic Mediterranean Cuisine. After Eight Years of amazing service and newly built relationships they decided to start their very own Franchise. With this new adventure Choban Grill was formed. After opening locations in Riverside, Orange Park, Baymeadows and Philips Hwy they were finally proud to say they were bringing all of Jax a little bit of their home. After Five Years of learning and serving we now proudly are opened at Bodrum Mediterranean Kitchen. Serpil and Murat want to provide a high end dining experience where our guests can feel at home. Now with this new establishment we are still paying attention to the important message we strive towards. What it all comes down to is our desire to give to our guests what we would to our family.
