Very disappointed. Visiting from Dallas to try Fusion, I was very disappointed. We ordered Charci lamb karhai 2/10 Alu palak should have named Kalu palak it was not fresh at all. Even Alu was black 1/10 BBQ platter 8/10 tawa keema was not fresh at all 1/10 Naan half were fresh and half were from leftover from previous customer. I saw they were cleaning the table from precious party Chapli burger 0/10. Wings ordered 10. But gave us 6 because they had only 6. 5/10 Pizza 7/10 Sweet Lassi had more water than Dahi and milk 4/10. But it was sweet Soda 10/10 and bottle water 10/10. It was 8:30pm when we walked in, no one was there. Now I know why"¦.. I hate to write bad reviews but had no choice. I hope the should do something"¦

We ordered a Philly Cheasesteak and a Supreme Medium Pizza. The food was incredibly tasty and delicious. The service was exquisite and we initially came in for halal Chinese food but the owner informed us that the Chinese is only served at the weekends. The owner took time to not only ask us how the alternative food was, but gave us complimentary chai as well! We were visiting from Dallas and would encourage everyone to come and taste their incredible and mouthwatering food!

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Pakistani Buffet – Best in San Antonio We visited Fusion Food Pakistani Restaurant on a Saturday early afternoon for their lunch buffet, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was amazing—authentic, traditional Pakistani fare, and honestly far better than what I remember from a few years ago when they were at a different location. This new location (the former Darna restaurant) is spacious and comfortable, which made the experience even better. We sampled most of the buffet, and every single dish stood out on its own. The chicken tandoori was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the chicken karahi was rich and well-spiced, and the nihari and beef paya were deeply satisfying and authentic. The halwa puri was a real highlight, especially since they served us fresh, hot puris directly at the table, along with fresh butter naan, which was soft, hot, and delicious. The chole, salad, and other dishes rounded out the buffet nicely. Service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient—and the price was very reasonable at around $20 per person. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by how much they’ve improved. The flavors were bold, balanced, and truly memorable. I can confidently say this is probably the best-tasting Pakistani food in San Antonio, and the quality easily compares to many well-known Pakistani restaurants in Houston. Strongly recommended for anyone craving authentic, delicious Pakistani cuisine.
