Full halal menu with rotisserie chicken. Fuego's slow roasted-chicken marinates for 24 hours in our secret brine of spices and cooks for three hours in a fire-ignited rotisserie. Our chickens cook in their own natural flavors with a self-basting system to retain the flavor. No oil is used.
