Discovered this place while exploring the \"Zabihah\" app, as I was trying to find Springfield zabiha halal food options for my wife. After calling and verifying with the store associate that it was halal, we decided to go visit. For clarification, Krispy Krunchy Chicken is located WITHIN Jays Food Mart(Convenience Store). As general advice for where the store is located, I would recommend going during the daytime. All chicken is halal, as seen with the \"halal\" symbol on the packaging label(provided by the store). The store associate was very informative and helpful. In addition to menu items, they also offer bulk chicken buying options. We ordered the 8 piece mixed chicken ($9.99) and two chicken sandwiches($3.29/each). The chicken was indeed Krispy, Krunchy, and very juicy, The chicken sandwiches were decent. As a side note, Jays Food Mart has other halal items (\"halal\" gummy worms etc.), just wanted to point that out. Given there are few halal options in Springfield, and the great food and customer service, I will be a returning customer.
