They sell many items that are not Halal including pork products. I would not trust this bakery. They only have one or two items on their menu that they claim is halal, but given they have a small kitchen I doubt they are properly separating their halal and non halal ingredients.

GoogleThis is hands down the best Turkish bakery I’ve been to! Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and made with care. Their Mediterranean breakfast is absolutely amazing; so flavorful, and the fresh poğaça (porcha) is out of this world; soft, warm, and perfectly baked. The lady working there is the sweetest! She’s very friendly, welcoming, and super quick with service. Highly recommend!

GoogleThe inside is a bit cramped and can be loud. The food and pastries are fantastic. They do get busy early on the weekends i have been there. The food quality is 5 stars!

GoogleI've been visiting Fairfax Bakery regularly since discovering it a year ago, and it never disappoints. Their Turkish breakfast is a delightful experience, offering a variety of small portions on a partitioned plate that keep you alternating between savory and sweet flavors. The spread includes two kinds of cheese, two types of olives, apricot jam, honey, spreadable cheese, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, their special Simit bread, and perfectly cooked eggs with Sujuk (available for an extra charge). The Turkish coffee is also expertly prepared and adds the perfect finishing touch to the meal.
