I’ve visited several German Doner Kebab (GDK) locations, and the biggest issue I’ve noticed is the lack of consistency. The experience varies significantly from one store to another. At some branches, the doner is excellent — generous portion of meat, well-toasted warm bread, and overall great quality. At others, however, the difference is disappointing: cold bread, lukewarm meat, and noticeably smaller portions. For a brand that promotes itself as premium, standardization should be a priority. Customers should receive the same quality, portion size, and preparation every time, regardless of location. Consistency builds trust, and right now that consistency seems to be missing.
