Absolutely incredible experience and never been served by someone so polite and welcoming before. Her name was Aisha. Well done to her because I will definitely be coming back with all my family and friends. Definitely recommend. Ohhhh and the food was delicious. Probably the best kebab I have ever eaten! Even got some free donuts to try which were also very nice! 🥰 Thank you KDC and co AND a big shout out to Alisha for making my first time visit so pleasant!

Visited German Doner Kebab (GDK) in West Bromwich and overall it was a good experience. The food tasted fresh and well prepared, especially the doner — good portion size and nicely balanced flavours. The place itself was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable, so it’s a nice spot to sit and eat rather than just grab and go. The only thing is it’s a bit more expensive compared to other fast food chains, but the quality does feel slightly better. Overall, good food and a pleasant environment.

We used to go to the Cheltenham branch, so we decided to try this one but what has happened to German Doner Kebab at this location? The food was cold, tasteless, and honestly inedible. I couldn’t even finish it. We ordered a kids’ box with the original doner kebab, a wrap doner kebab, and an extra kids’ burger it was all a complete waste of money. To make things worse, the toilet wasn’t working either. Very disappointing experience. Would not return.

I always love me a good cheeky GDK, but this order was exceptional because of the customer service. Aisha attended to me in a respectful, well-mannered, and patient way. Her communication skills were amazing, and she was absolutely lovely. She handled everything so professionally. I don’t usually write reviews, but great customer service is rare these days, and Aisha truly deserves her flowers.💐 Managers, please commend her, she’s a credit to your team. Food was ordered around £55 worth for delivery today at around 12:15pm and it arrives around 3. Then once it finally arrived it was cold, the fries were dry also and looked like they’d been refried. I’ve had their food many times but for delivery it’s the worst experience for the second time now. Pay so much to receive cold food that lost its taste.
