Louisiana style spicy hot fried Chicken. Parking lot sensations now serving at a brick and mortar in Los Angeles. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept "” take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw "” they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

This place needs no further accolades as most of the reviewers on Yelp etc. agree that the food is amazing. Here's a trick to the parking woes. Go across the street and park in the free parking lot of Smart and Final. Coming back to the food.... there's always a line. On the average you will be waiting 45 to 50 minutes in line even before ordering food, during busy hour. That many hungry people can't be wrong. I love their sliders and tenders. Fries have this spicy powder sprinkled on it that makes them even better. Chicken is juicy as it is marinated in their secret brine solution before they fry it. I usually order medium or hot, however I have tried extra hot as well. I wouldn't recommend the reaper unless you are a certified chili conquering humanoid. To avoid long wait times, go between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m..... I know it's an odd time but hey... you want your hot chicken fast... right?
