I’ve been a fan of Mary Brown’s fried chicken for as long as I can remember. Recently, I visited their Port Elgin location, and while the restaurant was quite spacious, I was immediately put off by the number of flies inside. Because of this, I decided to switch to takeout instead of dining in. It left me wondering—if there are flies in the dining area, could they also be in the kitchen? This raises serious concerns about food safety, as it could potentially lead to contamination. I’m sure all customers would appreciate it even more if the restaurant ensured better cleanliness and hygiene, and implemented measures to eliminate the flies.
