Saffron De Twah is the first Modern Moroccan Bistro by Chef Omar Anani on the Detroit's East side. A neighborhood friendly spot that is accessible to all. With a lot of French and Spanish influence, Moroccan cuisine offers a lot of play with ingredients and menu creativity that Chef Omar really indulges in and creates dishes that are new yet familiar.
