How can this place be called "Fully Halal" ? Looking at their menu, they make pizza's with "Pepperoni, Sausage, Ham, Bacon" as toppings, Italian subs with Ham, Sausage,etc.

Nice and clean place, owner was polite and respectful. Meats are halal and bought from Restaurant Depot. Servings are moderate. Will definitely visit again if in area.

Ordered food from this place for pickup while on a family vacation in the area. Honestly my expectations were low after numerous bad experiences with halal Italian restaurants. However I was pleasantly surprised. Not only does La Cucina explicitly state on their website that the meat is "100% Zabihah Halal" (some of these other reviewers need to learn how to read) but the staff verbally confirmed this. Food- we ordered the meatball sub, margarita pizza (with added pepperoni), and the buffalo chicken pizza. We picked up the food from about 10min away and when we got home the food was still steaming hot and clearly very fresh. The meatball sub was 5/5 delicious. The meatballs were so good and the bread fresh. The margarita pizza with pepperoni added was also a 5/5. The meat was delicious and the crust was amazing. Although the buffalo chicken pizza wasn't our favorite, it was still hot, very good, and again the crust was phenomenal. Overall the food was 5/5. I can't comment on the dining experience at the restaurant but the food was so good if we are ever in the area this is a must visit again. Thanks so much to these guys for restoring my faith in halal Italian restaurants. Oh and by the way, another reviewer accused these guys of serving haram meat. This is a 100% false and "disgusting" accusation.

La Cucina Italiana is perhaps one of my favorite Italian food restaurant. I've been a fan of their Penne alla Vodka ever since I first tried it when they were located in Morrisville. From my knowledge this is a family owned restaurant and they take integrity in their food. It's pretty darn good ! I've traveled far just for the Penne alla vodka. It's good with either chicken option, i prefer the grill. The staff is friendly and very helpful. New location is spacious, clean, and quiet. Lots of parking available.

I’ve always loved coming to La cucina italiano even since they were located in Morrisville NC. It’s still the same here, the people are amazing and that atmosphere is great as usual! There’s no Italian that can compare to the food here!!
