About Italian Kitchen
Italian Kitchen offers all halal pizzas, pasta and sandwiches. All our meat is halal. The year was 1998. And the place: the growing city of Raleigh. Feeling that there was a lack of good pizzas around, we took the matter in our own hands and started what was than Frankie's Pizza. Over the years, Raleigh changed, our name changed (to Italian Kitchen), but our aim to serve good food and our great recipes remain the same.

Lamb and chicken confirmed halal, though only chicken available when we went. The Buffalo chicken pizza and philly cheese chicken were good quick food, and filling. Good service and sweet tea, in a strip mall eatery. Plenty of options and good takeout business, so put it on your list as there are so few choices for American /Italian options.

I went to this place to get a chicken pizza but the guy taking orders said they didn't have anything halal. He said they don't serve anything halal. I was surprised, considering that this restaurant is listed as Halal on Zabihah.com but this is what I was told. I thought I should share with others.

I phoned them and found out that only Chicken sandwich and Chicken Pizza are halal items on the menu. The can use the same ingredients of Chicken Pizza to make halal Chicken Galzone. Too little choices for me to go there but one of my friend liked their stuff.

I've been there. They had beef shawerma, chicken shawerma, and 8" philli chicken & cheese with halal zabiha. We had 8" one. We enjoyed it.
