Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. All Lower Mainland BC locations use Halal-certified FarmFed chicken and Mina brand breast filets, all of which are hand-slaughtered. The only exception is the Mary Poppins chicken, which are machine-slaughtered Halal.

For 50 years, we've been crafting Mary's Chicken and Taters by hand in every store - starting with whole, fresh, local Canada Grade A chicken and farm fresh potatoes.
