No syrups. No shortcuts. A seven-spice blend, whole milk, slow brewing, pulled long the way it’s done back home. The first store opened its doors in Leicester, and the queue made the case. People weren’t just looking for a chaii, they were looking for the cup that meant home. Ten years on, we’re 115 stores strong across the UK, Canada and growing, pouring over 100 million cups, and still brewing each one the way our founders learned in Mumbai.

This is our own experience with this business, and we know everyone’s experience can be different — but we always like to share a review based on the service we’ve personally received. We’ve visited Chaiiwala on Ingleby Road in Bradford numerous times now, and every visit has been great. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the food is consistently tasty and well presented. It’s one of those places you know you can rely on for a good meal every time. The menu has plenty of choice — something for everyone. Our children especially enjoy their favourite toasters and wraps, and during the summer, the drinks selection was brilliant with lots of refreshing options. On one of our visits, the staff even surprised the children with complimentary donuts, which absolutely made their day — such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. There’s also plenty of parking space in the car park, which makes visiting super easy and stress-free, even when it’s busy. Chaiiwala Ingleby Road is a great spot for a relaxed meal or a quick bite. The food’s always good, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely keep coming back.
